REFUND POLICY

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@ShoyuDrip.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our eGift Cards are not eligible for refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Be sure you save the plastic bag that it came in so you can return it with the item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as any items worn on your head or face such as hats or face masks. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on yoga mats, towels, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to order the item want so we can get it into production. In the meantime, send the item coming back to us in the original plastic bag with the SKU number on it and in original condition.  When we receive your return in original condition and in the original plastic bag, we will issue a refund to the card you used for purchase.  Please use tracking on your returns. We can not issue refunds for items that don't show as delivered to our office.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We can not issue refunds on gift cards.

Discount Code
If you have a discount code it must be applied before you put your purchase through. We are unable to apply the discount after the purchase has be made or refund it to your card. However, since you haven't used the code you can use it on a future purchase.

Cancellations
Unfortunately we can not cancel orders once placed. We work with partners that begin production as soon as your order comes in.
